Day 3

I woke up today and figured that I should finally take a shower, so that's the first thing I did. I threw on my Foo Fighters t-shirt, baggier jeans, and skater shoes on. I worked on some of my homework assignments until my friend came and picked me up for class.
I walked into class and observed the looks I got again, but by now I think that they are all used to how I look. After class my friend and I went out to eat, where I noticed people glance at me and roll there eyes. This was evidence that they made up their mind about me without even talking to me. When my friend and I sat down to eat I told her about the people and she jokingly said, "Yeah that's cuz' you're a stoner." I'm used to hearing this from my friends because they all know that I don't smoke weed, so they say it because they know that's how other people perceive me.
My friend and I went to Wal Mart after eating because she needed to get some things. While in Wal Mart I seen people that looked somewhat like me and wondered if they get acused of the same things as me, or if people judge them with one look. The difference between them and me is that they were wearing clothes that looked like it came out of Buckle. That made me wonder if because their clothes are better brands do people not judge them as harshly?

  1. It kind of sounds like you are judging people that wear clothes from the Buckle the way that people are judging you for what you are wearing. Here you are essentially saying that people that wear clothes from the Buclkle are in some way better than others. I think it's something that everyone is guitly of, whether or not we want to admit it.
